  In addition to the school information we collect to deliver the services to you - name of school, school address, bank details and name / email addresses of nominated school admins - we may also collect your information when you communicate with us via phone, email, or contact forms etc.

Sharing your information

We do not, and will not, sell any of your personal data to any third party – including your name and email address; however, we share your data with the following categories of companies as an essential part of being able to provide our services to you:
- The school/association who will be responsible for fulfilling the purchase.
- The 3rd-party payment provider responsible for processing the payments, currently Stripe.

Your information and countries outside of the United Kingdom

Your data is securely held and processed by us in the United Kingdom. If you are in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or the rest of the world, this will involve transferring your data into the United Kingdom.

Recipients of your personal data may be located outside United Kingdom. You agree that we may transfer your personal data within the Elemental group, to our affiliates, subsidiaries and/or other authorised third parties (such as service providers e.g. cloud service providers, data processor, etc.) located outside of the United Kingdom, as long as the data is handled in accordance with this policy and all applicable laws. We will ensure recipients of your data are legally bound to provide a standard of protection for your personal data comparable to the protection afforded under the GDPR and/or the data protection laws of the relevant jurisdiction.

Keeping your data secure

In addition, we limit access to your data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know.
